 Neal's Deli Restaurant Review: Starring at this small deli owned and operated by Matt and Sheila Neal is house-made pastrami and corned beef, which help bring in a land-office business. The lean pastrami is singularly good, served on a no-foolin' rye with mustard, and the apple-cheddar hot dog has become a classic. Healthy, seasonal side dishes using local vegetables may include farmers market carrot salad with cumin and mint, turnips with parsley-mustard sauce, or a deftly seasoned ratatouille. Sheila’s garlicky chicken soup will cure any ailment. Lots of juices and bottled water serve for beverages, and there is pilsner and lager. Homemade biscuits and breakfast sandwiches are available for the morning meal. Look for the entrance around the corner on S. Greensboro St. |
