The Nest Restaurant Review: This high-energy bistro, a local institution since 1965, offers an eclectic menu of Italian and French dishes, with a few Swiss specialties thrown in to make things more interesting. We like the house specialty cannelloni stuffed with veal or spinach, and the porcini ravioli with prosciutto and truffle cream sauce. Grilled fresh fish is also a good bet. All portions are ample. Those who want to graze for less can do so nightly starting at 4 p.m. with a $6-per-item bar menu and, from 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m., the early bird gets a three-course dinner for as little as $17. For those who enjoy star gazing, keep your eyes peeled for celebrities who enjoy the dim lighting in the piano bar.
