Dine on the 20th floor of United Founders Tower as your restaurant slowly rotates, giving you a view of Oklahoma City in all directions. The view is spectacular, the food is wonderful, but not everyone's mind is on the view and the food. This is probably the restaurant where more marriage proposals have been offered and accepted than any other in the city. While you can dine on such inventive dishes as crab-stuffed mushrooms, duck breast or sesame swordfish, beef lovers will prefer digging into any of the steak options. Our favorite is the Chateaubriand for two served with a choice of veal demi-glaze or sauce au poivre.
