Noah's Restaurant Review: Chef Noah Schwartz and his wife Sunita (she runs the dining room) come together in this Long Island restaurant, where inspiration comes from the local gifts from the sea. Greenport's only raw bar offers a wide selection of dishes, such as Noah's Seafood Tower---lobster, shrimp, oysters, clams and ceviche---a must for tables looking to share an appetizer. Full plates like rich butter-poached lobster are available, but the chef's signature is his small plates; order a few and share. Highlights include local barbecued oysters and Tasmanian red crab tacos, but choices are ever-changing based on the availability of local produce and the whim of the chef. Wash it all down with one of the affordable bottles of white wine.
