NOE GRILL Restaurant Review: Trumpeting sleek décor and professional service, NOE GRILL offers American cuisine with Pan-Asian influences. The restaurant has jumped on the locovore bandwagon and offers meats, cheeses and produce from local farmers and ranchers --- listed right on the menu. We can make a meal of the small plates, particularly the tempura fried green tomatoes, a Southern favorite with a spicy sauce, and the chicken-fried Gulf oysters with a saké and chile aïoli. Larger appetites look to the eight-ounce grass-fed tenderloin from Georgia’s Texas GrassFed Beef or the chef’s catch of the day fresh from the Gulf. The elegant bar boasts a nice little list of wines by the glass and a bar bite menu that includes a turkey club sandwich with avocado. |
