 The Noodle Shop serves up authentic Cantonese and Mandarin fare in a casual setting in the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Appetizers include Vietnamese summer rolls with roasted duck and sweet chili dipping sauce, and chicken or beef satay with Thai peanut sauce. The dinner menu offers options such as the batter-fried Grandfather Chicken accompanied by sweet and sour sauce, and steamed seabass with roasted garlic and black bean sauce.
