Novo Restaurant Review: While Novo offers indoor seating, those in the know go for one of the shady creek-side tables in the back. The eclectic menu travels the globe and ranges from burgers to banh mi, potato samosas, Singapore satay and pork sopes. Much of the food is vegetarian, and many vegan and gluten-free options are available. Favorites include the grilled salmon sandwich, Moroccan fried chicken, and a trio of locally made sheep’s milk ice creams for dessert. The wine list proposes several varietals (and saké) to match with the ethnic cuisine, and there’s an extensive selection of bottled beers as well as a full bar.
