Ocean Harbor Restaurant Review: This Hong Kong-style dim sum palace features specialties such as shark's fin soup and vinegary shredded pork with garlic sauce, along with rarities like eel, braised abalone, sea cucumber and conch. Try the salt-baked shrimp, clams with black bean sauce, or General Tso's chicken. Ocean Harbor also features Peking duck in two courses, and good old moo shu pork, along with a hefty selection of vegetarian fare. Dim sum brings crowds on the weekends, but you can also order dumplings and chicken feet any time of day. Service can be erratic --- best not to be in a hurry.
