The Oceanaire Seafood Room Restaurant Review: Topnotch seafood dishes draw VIPs to this tony downtown spot that features a menu of the freshest catch. While décor is plush, the atmosphere remains elegant but casual as professionally trained servers suggest wines and choices from the raw bar as starters. Preparations are simple for most of the daily selections, although such enhancements as crab Oscar may be added. Sides like king crab mac ‘n’ cheese, Parmesan truffle fries and garlic steamed green beans are generous enough to share. The wine selection is vast and the cocktails flow. Desserts bring back the child in each of us. Baked Alaska is as tasty as it looks, as is the rich crème brûlée.
