| Dine on the covered interior terrace or the lower malecón (waterfront promenade) patio---both settings command views of the luxury-yacht-filled marina. Start with a Mexican favorite such as baked tamales or coconut shrimp with a dynamite chipotle tequila sauce, or choose from an array of tapas. Classic Spanish dishes range from gazpacho to paella Valenciana, loaded with chicken, pork, sausage, scallops, squid, shrimp and crab. Dinners vary from traditional Mexican combos and lobster fajitas to fresh Sea of Cortez sea bass, grilled lobster and New Zealand baby lamb chops. Meat-lovers may opt for barbecue ribs, chops and chicken or Sonoran T-bones and New York Angus certified beef steaks cooked on the outside grill. The full bar offers Spanish sangrías as well as cappuccinos that complement desserts like the baked apple with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Flamenco dancers and Spanish singers entertain with romantic ballads from the Old Country beginning at 7 p.m. most nights. |
