Olympic Provisions Restaurant Review: Olympic Provisions features French, Italian and Spanish themed charcuterie boards; the latter gathers two Spanish-style salamis, jamon de York, coppa ham and chorizo. Or try the roasted chicken with schmaltz (chicken fat) fried potatoes, the crispy salmon with braised leeks, or the spit-roasted pork shoulder with eggplant, piquillo peppers, and stewed corona beans. Indeed, the menu spans the spectrum of bold flavors, even offering vegetarian fare (think roasted mushroom banh mi). On a lighter note, consider the deli salad of garbanzo beans, rice, roasted vegetables, pecorino cheese, almonds and pickled raisins in a lemon vinaigrette. Complement your dinner with a selection from the small, thoughtful wine list, or choose a craft cocktail from one of many herbal concoctions. For an unusual dessert, there’s chocolate "salami" with salt-and-pepper shortbread. Brunch presents an array of eggs Benedict and french toast, along with kielbasa and rotisserie chicken.
