THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED One World Cafe Restaurant Review: This just might be the perfect coffee house. Its homey, cobbled-together atmosphere lends itself to whiling away an hour or two reading in a pool of sunlight or cozying up in a well-padded chair near the fireplace. You can play pool upstairs or watch the world go by from a sidewalk seat. All manner of treats are close at hand, so you can savor a latte or sip a glass of wine, dig into a Belgian waffle or check out the addictive black bean burrito, go austere with a bran muffin or risk it all on the Chocolate Sin, a happily ridiculous concoction of peanut butter shortbread slathered with chocolate. Suddenly the luxury of a day that feels like yours to do with as you please is right in the palm of your hand.
