OnO Bar & Grill Restaurant Review: The very pleasant OnO Bar & Grill is located on a shady patio near the beach. A reggae band plays on stage beneath the palm trees, and hotel guests sway in the shade to the flowing, tropical beat. One might encounter a massive salad tossed with fresh island greens, grilled chicken, feta cheese, tropical fruits, avocado and grilled peppers with a creamy garlic dressing. The lunch/dinner menu has choices that range from trendy snacks to soups, salads, sandwiches, stir-fry, pizza, burgers and dinner entrées like macadamia nut-crusted mahi mahi. Nothing exotic, just good food with a broad appeal. If you're a chocolate fan, have some friends help you with the macadamia fudge pie: macadamia nut ice cream with an Oreo crust, fudge topping and caramel sauce. It's casual yet classy at OnO, just what you'd hope to find in a resort. |
