Oola Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review: Ola Fendert, the former chef of Chez Papa, Baraka and Plouf, now has his own place. Start with the shrimp and scallop ceviche or the fig tart, with chunky pieces of fig atop a puff pastry base enlivened with blue cheese and onion jam. The baby-back ribs are known for their addictive qualities, second only to the truffle and Parmesan fries. Due to the restaurant’s late hours, the bar scene packs in an industry crowd as the evening progresses. |
