THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Opa! Restaurant Review: Owner Georgette Stavrakas recommends eating in true Greek fashion at her affable Opa! in Fells Point. Start with a couple of appetizers, say saganaki, that warming dish of kasseri cheese flamed at the table, plus grilled octopus splashed with lemon, and maybe a crispy spinach pie. Then split an entrée between two. The exohiko---phyllo-wrapped packets of lamb, stewed vegetables, feta cheese and sliced hard-boiled egg---is certainly rich enough to share. Skewers of pork souvlaki, tender and pleasantly herbed, is another good candidate. Sit back, sip a wine chosen from a thoughtful compilation of Greek and Californian offerings, relax into the company of your tablemates and...Opa!...you'll find yourself in the midst of a fine evening.
