Along with Fuji-Ya, this Warehouse District Japanese restaurant serves some of the best sushi in town.
| This sushi eatery in the Warehouse District is as beautiful as its elegant offerings. For a selection that straddles the two worlds of the raw and the cooked, try the encounter: salmon, scallops, avocado, pickled ginger and burdock wrapped in nori and then deep-fried like tempura. The ginger and the burdock keep their snap, while the salmon and scallops cook to creaminess. We also recommend the scallops with shiitake mushrooms, which are served in a sauce that bears a whiff of saké. Before leaving this place, we always enjoy checking out the ringing celebrity endorsements that decorate the walls. |
