 This stylish, narrow passageway is a sib to much-hyped Moto. And while here an initial attempt was made to tone down the chemistry factor in the food, it turns out chef Thomas Elliott Bowman has a few tricks (though more approachable in execution) up his sleeve. So, you might encounter a caramel-braised bacon, smoked tomato jam and puréed romaine BLT, chicken and purple waffles or cucumber soup with gin gelée, cilantro and Spanish paprika. |
