 This stylish, narrow passageway is a sib to much-hyped Moto. And while here an initial attempt was made to tone down the chemistry factor in the food, it turns out chef Thomas Elliott Bowman has a few tricks (though more approachable in execution) up his sleeve. So, you might find a take on ramen noodles with freeze-dried corn or a duo of pressed pork belly and pork tenderloin with an unexpected pairing of sweet potatoes, blood oranges, kale and huckleberries.
