Dining room at Paddy's Irish Pub, Braselton, GAIn addition to being Georgia‘s largest winery in terms of production, Château Elan is a resort that offers golf, tennis and a choice of seven restaurants including Paddy's Irish Pub. The Emerald Isle itself was the source of many of the decorative elements in the pub. For dining, patrons may choose from loaded baked potato soup, a corned beef (although it's never found in Ireland) on rye, shepherd's pie (with beef), bangers and mash and, of course, smoked salmon salad and fish 'n' chips. For dessert, opt for the Baileys cheesecake made on site. Meal service begins at 4 p.m. weekdays and at noon on weekends, when the dinner menu is served all day.
