| Set inside a premier hotel, the menu offers the usual suspects done in a refined manner. Consider appetizers like pot stickers, crispy spring rolls or a combo platter that includes spare ribs, egg rolls and fried won tons. Honey-walnut prawns, a typical banquet dish, are a study in contrasts: crisply fried prawns with a dab of sweet, creamy sauce are topped with crunchy honeyed nuts. Green tea ice cream is refreshing as a finale. The décor features Chinese antiques, expensive tabletop ware and a dramatic overall design. |
