Paia Fish Market Restaurant Restaurant Review: On the corner of Baldwin Avenue and Hana Highway, in the center of Paia, is a nondescript restaurant serving quick lunches and dinners in a relaxed atmosphere. The Paia Fish Market is famous for its fish burgers, which come charbroiled, sautéed or blackened, and garnished with crunchy coleslaw, tomato, cheese and homemade tartar sauce. Fish plates may be selected from more than a dozen types and served in a variety of ways. Also available are burgers, tacos and fajitas. Service is counter-ordered and diners munch at wooden picnic tables. |
