Panera Bread Restaurant Review: Regulars stop by this shop every morning for a fresh-brewed cup of java, from espressos to lattes to cappuccinos. The bakery is just too tempting to pass by, stacked from bagels, breads and biscotti to apple pastries, bear claws and shortbread cookies. Lunch is jammed too, with signature sandwiches served on super-fresh bread. There are four or five soups on the menu each day, from classic chicken noodle (our favorite) to French onion to garden vegetable with pesto. The Greek salad is always fresh---pair it with the turkey sandwich with bacon and smoked gouda. If you want a loaf of sourdough to take home, go early; they sometimes sell out by mid-afternoon.
