Panorama Restaurant Review: The views of the bay and the Villa Kerylos are so spectacular, especially at night, that it is easy to be distracted from your food. Which would be a pity, because Bruno Le Bolch's cooking is a marvel of harmony and balance. Try the crab meat pastilla with ginger and mint, or the basil infused John Dory served with socca. The cellar holds a trove of fine regional wines. Service is full of attention but sometimes shy.
