Papa Razzi Restaurant Review: The Concord branch of Papa Razzi offers typical antipasti dishes such as calamari and bruschetta, but the real gems are found in melanzana fritta (sautéed eggplant with ricotta) and mozzarella con prosciutto. The Manzo salad presents beef tenderloin atop a bed of greens with tomatoes, onions and Gorgonzola, with a red wine vinaigrette. Specials may include a long-bone veal chop, wood-fired penne, or lobster tossed in pomodoro sauce. While pasta dishes may have their fair share of cream and butter, there are also some simpler entrées like the grilled chicken breast with lemon and olive oil where the flavors shine. Gluten-free pasta and pizza are available, too. Be sure to end your visit with a slice of tiramisu.
