Paradise Indian Cuisine Restaurant Review:

A South Indian adventure with fiery foods and luscious breads, this Herndon eatery ratchets-up the heat quotient in many of its dishes. Chili lovers will be delighted, especially those who like exotic dishes such as goat vindaloo or the Indo-Chinese starter, chilli chicken---nuggets of pure poultry heat suitable for pairing with a mug of Indian beer to put out the flames. Not all dishes are spiced and meat-based either. For one, the South Indian specialties are all-vegetable and include a number of dosas. Even the North Indian part of the extensive menu has an all-vegetable section, with lentil curries, chickpea-based dishes, and several variations on the Indian cottage cheese staple. Tandoori items offer lamb, chicken and seafood grills, but the bread selection is an overall highlight. The chef shines here with the naans, rotis and kulchas.
