Paul Martin’s welcomes guests with a dim-lit bar and couches that are more conducive to a cozy living room than a restaurant lounge. The menu, heavy on sustainable seafood, impeccable produce and free-range meats, is dictated by a strong allegiance to local vendors. Start with the artisan cheeses dotting the popular butcher board, an appetizer that's bolstered by a choice of cured meats, and for dessert, don’t miss the signature sweets like the banana cream pie and the apple cinnamon crisp. Folks stop in after work for one of the signature craft cocktails, including the raspberry martini infused with raspberry vodka, or the lemon drop, created with house-infused Meyer lemon vodka. The expansive wine menu, which flaunts more than 100 bottles, offers a grape for every taste, and there are numerous by-the-glass pours as well.
