| Fast, hip and fresh are what Pei Wei is all about. Counter service is friendly and efficient. Start off with an order of crackling crispy pot stickers stuffed with pork and vegetables or head for lighter fare with a lettuce wrap filled with chicken, shiitake mushrooms and scallion with a piquant soy dressing---it's big enough to share or is a meal for one. The dan dan noodles tossed with cucumbers, scallions and chicken and a powerful chili-seared garlic sauce are particularly good at this location. Most dishes are available with tofu or vegetables for those looking for a vegetarian meal.
