THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Phoenix Restaurant Review:

About the décor: Lucky Dragon’s fine dining restaurant is awash in elegant tones of red, orange, ivory and yellow; and floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the Vegas Strip.

Likes: Tea is taken quite seriously, so much so that the restaurant employs a tea sommelier to assist guests in choosing the right tea for their meal.
Dislikes: While the outdoor space offers a beautiful view, it’s only large enough to accommodate one table.

Food & Drinks: The menu features a variety of Asian-inspired flavors, with the techniques of Asian cooking mixed with ingredients and cuisines from around the world. Appetizers include cucumber-wrapped Australian green lip abalone with a sesame vinaigrette, and espresso ribs and lemon zest chicken wings. Entrées are well represented by smoked Chilean sea bass with ponzu butter; kimchi fried rice enhanced with pork belly and fried egg; herb-crusted lamb and garlic truffle gratin dauphinoise; and filet mignon with miso cream sauce, classic red wine demi-glace and roasted chili garlic hollandaise and a choice of two sides, such as furikake rice and fried potato with garlic oil. Complementing the fare is a finely curated wine list and interesting and tasty cocktails like the Black Pearl, which blends Merlot, Hennessy Black, raspberry, lemon juice and simple syrup. Finish with the sugar egg puff served with berries and chocolate sauce.
