Piatti Restaurant Review

: Piatti’s rustic Tuscan décor features high ceilings, arched windows, a terra cotta tiled floor, and linen-draped tables. Contemporary Italian cuisine takes center stage, beginning with a basket of warm focaccia on each table, to be dipped into a garlicky mixture of oil and balsamic vinegar. If it's on the menu, we suggest the veal and mushroom stew with gnocchi. House-made pastas have included pumpkin ravioli with goat cheese, crispy sage and pumpkin seeds; linguine with house-made fennel sausage, clams and arugula; and penne with chicken, broccoli and tomatoes. Tiramisu makes an intense sweet finish to any meal. Seasonal patio seating is available.
