 One of the first to sling chow from Napa’s Oxbow Market, Pica Pica offers a Venezuelan twist on tapas. Finally---a take-out counter menu that showcases something south-of-the-border besides tacos. Corn dough forms the base of each main. Most are arepas, thick white corn disks striped from the grill and stuffed full---perhaps with shredded skirt steak in smoky hot sauce with cheese and micro cilantro; poached egg and ham; or tofu with fried plantains and black bean paste. Other choices include sweet corn pancake sandwiches, novel salads and yuca fries.
