THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Pino's Cucina Italiana Restaurant Review:

We like the fact that Pino’s celebrates the richness of Italian cuisine with a full page of monthly specials from such rarely represented regions as Marche, the Abruzzi, Calabria, Campania and more. We have enjoyed homemade fettuccine in Piedmont-style duck ragu, bracciole---stuffed beef rolls---from Calabria, Sardinian seafood risotto and rich Venetian lasagne, which eschews meat in favor of a quartet of creamy cheeses. Not that we’ve ignored the standing menu. Standouts include the buttery veal alla Mamma Sarina and the shoemaker’s dish of grilled sausage with bits of chicken sautéed with garlic and white wine. Vintage movie posters of Italian and Italian-American stars---Sophia Loren and Frank Sinatra in their primes, say---give a history of five decades of cinema, Italian style.
