Pizzeria Orso Restaurant Review: Boasting a wood-burning oven, Pizzeria Orso turns out pies with a tender, slightly sour crust and with toppings that are juxtaposed for color and flavor. While the traditional Neapolitan flat pies with their bubbled and charred edges are topnotch, sample one of the few folded pizzas enclosing a cheese or meat filling. Among adventurous pizzas, consider the Toscana or The Fun Guy. Interesting starters include pork belly, lamb-bacon sliders and grilled octopus. As an alternative to pizza, try one of the salads, sandwiches or pastas. Even the kids get special attention with their own kid-friendly menu. The limited dessert line-up includes a lemon meringue tart and assorted donuts. Check out the beer and wine selections, too.
