Pizzeria Orso Restaurant Review: Boasting a wood-burning oven, Pizzeria Orso turns out pies with a tender, slightly sour crust and with toppings that are juxtaposed for color and flavor. While the traditional Neapolitan flat pies with their bubbled and charred edges are topnotch, sample one of the few folded pizzas enclosing a cheese or meat filling. Among adventurous pizzas, consider the Orso di Fumare or Toscana. Interesting starters include Brussels chips, lamb skewers and crispy pork belly. As an alternative to pizza, try one of the salads, sandwiches or pastas. Even the kids get special attention with their own kid-friendly menu. The limited dessert lineup includes a lemon olive oil cake. Check out the beer and wine selections, too.
