That Place, with its postage-stamp-sized bar, open kitchen and five whimsically decorated dining rooms, has the look and feel of a SoHo bistro. It’s been serving up eclectic fare in a 1880s coach house in the heart of Cleveland’s museum district for over 20 years. The menu runs to rare beef, seafood, pasta, and veggie-dense entrées that are imaginatively seasoned and presented with an artist’s eye. For starters, try the New York shrimp cocktail or Caesar salad. Entrées include beef Wellington and Great Lakes walleye.
