Plae Bistro Restaurant Review: Owner Jill Bassett’s concept was to create “A place to eat and laugh” --- a fun, friendly bistro offering contemporary American cuisine. Diners can try creative fare that includes cilantro-flecked, tequila-citrus chicken pasta or grilled, apple-Brie-stuffed chicken breast, topped with caramelized onion and cherry sauce. There's also a pleasing selection of sandwiches, including an ahi BLT on toasted whole-wheat with roasted garlic mayonnaise. We also favor the Gorgonzola-peppercorn buffalo burger on warm French bread. For drinks, choose from a wide selection of wines and beers, and specialty drinks like the Milky Way latte.
