Plae Bistro Restaurant Review: Owner Jill Bassett’s concept was to create “A place to eat and laugh” --- a fun, friendly bistro offering contemporary American cuisine. Diners can try creative fare that includes cilantro-flecked, tequila-citrus chicken pasta or grilled, apple-Brie-stuffed chicken breast, topped with caramelized onion and cherry sauce. There's also a pleasing selection of sandwiches, including an ahi BLT on toasted whole-wheat with roasted garlic mayonnaise. We also favor the Gorgonzola-peppercorn buffalo burger on warm French bread. For drinks, choose from a wide selection of wines and beers, and specialty drinks like the Milky Way latte. There are also signature martinis as well as mojitos to help keep the fun going. Check for information on live entertainment and summer and winter hours. |
