Select a wine, relax and breathe in the balmy air while you peruse a simple menu that relies heavily on fresh fish, local ingredients and island-style preparations, such as lobster spring rolls, a chow fun fish stir-fry, sugarcane-skewered pork with a sweet potato mash and kalbi steak with kimchi.
