 This restaurant is a little gem on Kauai. The romantic dining room is tucked within a lush setting of koi ponds, tiki torches and gardens. These can be viewed from tables on the open-air verandas, or patrons may sit inside the cozily elegant dining room. Select a wine, relax and breathe in the balmy air while you peruse a simple menu that relies heavily on fresh fish, local ingredients and island-style preparations, such as curry-coconut seafood stew, pan-seared fresh catch of the day with an avocado cilantro mousse, and grilled rib-eye steak with a goat cheese potato gratin. The seafood laulau is a special treat. The waitstaff is efficient and cordial.
