 The Kahala Hotel & Resort’s Plumeria Beach House is an attractive space, open on one side to the ocean. A breakfast buffet is served in the mornings, while the lunch menu features burgers, sandwiches and a variety of globally influenced dishes, from Greek salad to Italian flatbread pizza. On Wednesdays, Plumeria offers a curry lunch special that's popular with locals. Diners choose from Indian, Thai or Japanese curries, which are then served with jasmine rice, pappadum and condiments like mango chutney and pickled vegetables. Dinner offerings might include rosemary and Hawaiian salt-roasted chicken with mashed potatoes; a crab and clam boil; and braised Kurobuta pork with sweet potato taro purée and lomi lomi tomato.
