THIS RESTAURANT IS CHANGING LOCATIONS Located in the old BaoHaus space on the Lower East Side, Pok Pok Phat Thai is an import from Portland, Oregon, where chef Andy Ricker became something of a Thai cuisine demigod. How does it translate to the East Coast? With flying colors. The restaurant originally opened as a Thai-flavored chicken wing restaurant but it now only serves phat thai, also known as pad thai.
