Primo Grill Restaurant Review

: Primo Grill is small yet stylish, with a dining room that features raised booths and an open kitchen with an apple wood-fired grill. The menu features traditional Mediterranean-style dishes prepared with Northwest ingredients. Starters include fire-roasted shrimp and a grilled bread salad with sausage and onions. Wood-fired, thin-crusted pizzas have contemporary toppings such as prosciutto with fig balsamic jam, and Gruyère with toasted pine nuts. Pastas range from a hearty classic Bolognese to ravioli with a ricotta-spinach filling. Entrée favorites include Guinness-braised lamb shank, spinach risotto with grilled shrimp, and seared Alaskan scallops. For a sweet ending, indulge in the sticky toffee pudding with warm caramel sauce, tiramisu, or the chocolate tart with an innovative cayenne-biscotti crust. The wine list offers a range of selections from California and the Pacific Northwest.
