Punch Woodfire Pizza Restaurant Review:
Named after the Italian clown Pulcinella, Punch focuses on Neapolitan-style pizza and little else. That’s why we love it. The focaccia and the calzones are mere afterthoughts compared to the mighty pizzas, each served with a thin, crackling crust and topped with fresh ingredients. Try the Vesuvio comprised of cayenne-spiced salami, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, cracked red pepper and basil; or the vegetarian capricciosa, a show of roasted red peppers, mushrooms, spinach and basil. The room is small with seating for fewer than two-dozen.
