Located in a vintage 1910 building, this lively spot was opened by Scott and Heather Staples, owners of Belltown’s Restaurant Zoë. Quinn’s offers a boisterous vibe downstairs and a more sedate atmosphere on the mezzanine. For the snack-minded, small bites such as spicy fried peanuts or country-style rabbit pâté pair well with drinks and conversation. Salads and sandwiches are also available. For small plate options, try the mussels spiced with Spanish chorizo or the marrow bones paired with citrus jam. Those with heftier appetites can opt for slow roasted pork ribs or the cheeseburger. Quinn's well-stocked bar offers a sizable selection of whiskeys of varying ages and origins, lots of bourbons, plus wide-ranging vintages of Northwest wines. Choose something sweet, such as the crème brûlée or whoopee pie, to top off a meal.
