Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine Restaurant Review

: Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine is ideal for pre-theater patrons with its prompt service and convenient location just blocks from Seattle Center. Carved-wood walls, colorful murals and live orchids create an upscale setting for the authentic cooking. Appetizers include spicy fish cakes made with red curry paste and topped with crispy basil; marinated chicken breast enveloped in pandan leaves (a traditional Thai leaf); and a crab and shrimp wrap. Main course favorites are the traditional pad thai and green chicken curry. We also recommend the deep-fried duck served with steamed vegetables and finished with ginger sauce. For the adventurous eater, the lightly breaded and fried catfish bathed in a panang curry sauce is a winner. A full bar offers wines and beers to complement meals.
