Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine Restaurant Review: A few blocks from the Seattle Center, Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine is ideal for pre-theater patrons. Carved-wood walls, colorful murals and live orchids create an upscale setting for the authentic cooking. Appetizers include spicy fish cakes made with red curry paste and topped with crispy basil, marinated chicken breast wrapped in pandan leaves (a traditional Thai leaf), and a crab and shrimp wrap. Main course favorites are the traditional pad thai and green chicken curry. We also recommend the deep-fried duck served with steamed vegetables, finished with ginger sauce. For the adventurous eater, the lightly breaded and fried catfish bathed in a panang curry sauce is a winner. A full bar offers wines and beers to complement your meal, and the efficient kitchen turns out dishes in a timely fashion. |
