Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine Restaurant Review:
On a busy corner at the bottom of Queen Anne Hill right in the center of Seattle Center theaters, Key Arena and other assorted venues, Racha Noodles & Thai Cuisine serves local crowds headed for various events. Carved-wood walls, colorful murals and dazzling orchids create an upscale setting for authentic Thai cooking. Appetizers include spicy fish cakes made with red curry paste and topped with crispy basil, marinated chicken breast enveloped in pandan leaves (a traditional Thai leaf), and a tasty crab and shrimp wrap. Main course favorites are the traditional pad thai and green chicken curry. We also recommend the deep-fried duck served with steamed vegetables and finished with ginger sauce. For the adventurous eater, the lightly breaded and fried catfish bathed in a panang curry sauce is a winner. A full bar offers wines and beers to complement meals.
