 Raffles Café offers guests the opportunity to get a bite to eat any time day or night. Huevos rancheros, smoked salmon and coconut pancakes are available for breakfast. The wide variety of menu items might include grilled shrimp wraps, open-face turkey sandwiches, grilled salmon and prime rib, along with seasonal fruit pizza or white chocolate cheesecake for dessert. The tropical-inspired dining room features views of Mandalay Bay's beach area.
