| Red Mill burgers are known for their “special sauce,” a distinctive smoky mayo. These broiled burgers made from quality meat have earned a loyal following and are available at only two locations---Phinney Ridge near the Woodland Park Zoo and Interbay in Magnolia. Don’t expect fast service, but rest assured the burgers are well worth the wait. Options range from the classic Double Bacon Deluxe to a Verde Burger---available in veggie, chicken or beef versions, each topped with fresh-roasted Anaheim peppers. Complement these favorites with the cornmeal-battered onion rings flecked with thyme, cumin and cayenne, or a hefty order of fries. Creamy shakes in several classic flavors round out a meal. You can eat in or order your food packed to-go, which may be a better option because table space can be scarce. |
