Red Rock Brewing Company Restaurant Review: Walk into a lively house of Park City locals, grab yourself a beer at the lengthy wooden bar or take a table for some grub --- Park City style. The slightly over-inflated prices buy you filling entrées like chicken schnitzel with demi-glace and melted Gruyère, and macadamia-crusted wild salmon. Go for unique Southern starters like the fried green tomatoes, huge onion rings or portobello mushroom stuffed with cream cheese, herbs and mozzarella. One of our favorite dishes is the New York steak salad topped with melted Gorgonzola. Those with a smaller appetite can order a microbrew, watch a game on one of the flat-screens, and indulge in the warm bread pudding with Irish whiskey cream sauce.
