Red Rock Brewing Company Restaurant Review: If you like microbrews, you’ll like Red Rock. The downtown pub evokes the feel of hanging out inside a brewery---which you are. Everything is made---and brewed---onsite. The bar and three dining sections surround the fermentation tanks that hide behind old-fashioned brick walls. Nine craft brews and three homemade sodas are on tap at any given time to accompany the hearty plates of steak, seafood and wood-fired pizzas. Standouts include the macadamia-crusted salmon, tender flatiron steak with Gorgonzola butter, and bread pudding with whiskey sauce and vanilla ice cream. Be prepared to walk away with a hoarse voice from shouting over the deafening din created from the industrial setting. The slick, dark redwood tables, black concrete flooring, and tin piped ceiling attracts everyone from business suits and sports fans to convention center guests and families.
