Redrock Canyon Grill Restaurant Review: With some of the best views in Oklahoma City, it’s not unusual to find a group gathered around the outdoor fire pit hoping to snag a coveted patio table. The striking sunsets silhouette sailboats on Lake Hefner to create a romantic atmosphere that's worth the wait. If you opt for an indoor table, you’ll experience comfortable booth seating surrounded by a Southwestern décor. Start with the stuffed poblano pepper, teeming with black beans, pulled chicken, grilled vegetables and cheddar-jack cheese and smothered with a spicy sauce. Follow up with the smoked North Coast salmon --- unique in Oklahoma City. The marinated fish is quick-smoked, finished on the grill and topped off with sweet rémoulade. Dishes that are slow-roasted over an open wood fire are standby favorites. Try the rotisserie chicken, bunkhouse St. Louis ribs or juicy beef tenderloin, all accompanied by redskin mashed potatoes and sweet glazed carrots. Pair any of these selections with one of the margaritas or glass of red wine from a California-centric list.
