| With some of the best views in Oklahoma City, it’s not unusual to find a group gathered around the outdoor fire pit hoping to snag a coveted patio table. The striking sunsets silhouetting sailboats on Lake Hefner create an electrifying and romantic atmosphere that's worth the perpetual waits. If you opt for an indoor table, you’ll experience comfortable, all-booth seating surrounded by a Southwestern décor. A crisp waitstaff works in tandem to attentively meet the needs of every table. Start with the stuffed poblano pepper teeming with black beans, pulled chicken, grilled vegetables and cheddar-jack cheese and lobbed with a spicy sauce. Follow up with the smoked North Coast salmon---unique in Oklahoma City. The deftly marinated fish is quick-smoked, finished on the grill and topped off with sweet rémoulade. Dishes that are slow-roasted over an open wood fire are standby favorites. Try the rotisserie chicken, bunkhouse St. Louis ribs or juicy beef tenderloin all accompanied by redskin mashed potatoes and sweet glazed carrots.
