Restaurant Dufour Restaurant Review:
A charming and pretty fifteenth-century Norman house, with its stone walls, exposed beams, and model ships. The father and son team remain true to their origins, serving Auge Valley chicken (cooked in apple cider), Normandy sole and Calvados soufflé in this so-appropriate décor. It's true that for little money, including some fine Bordeaux wines from good years, you can even eat à la carte, but don't look for any innovation. Tradition reigns here, seemingly forever.
