Restaurant Marco Restaurant Review: Claude Marco offers his customers a cuisine full of flavors and aromas. His refined classicism is enriched with a touch of originality. In the handsome, vaulted cellar of his ivy-covered restaurant, sample the superb and perfectly cooked line-caught bass with saffron, the subtly delicious artichoke braised with cèpes and served with pan-fried foie gras, the very good cheeses, and the large dessert platter that will have you licking your fingers. The wine list is nothing special, aside from a good selection of local vintages. The welcome and service are friendly and efficient.
