Restaurant Mirador Restaurant Review

: Chef Fabrice Beaudoin's menu combines modern regional fare and seasonal specialties with a firm French foundation: porcini mushroom risotto with braised veal cheek; cured Sonoma foie gras is paired with celery root and watercress salad; and a chanterelle tart and peach chutney are presented alongside seared sea scallops. The extensive wine list complements the innovative menu. In addition, the more casual Café Mirador serves breakfast, tapas and lighter fare and offers outdoor seating in summer.
