Revolution Doughnuts Restaurant Review: A charming, historic strip center is home to Revolution Doughnuts. Among the wide variety of flavors and types of doughnuts, in the cake-type division is the salted caramel and another one covered with sliced almonds. Yeast doughnuts have a contender for our attention, too, in the caramel bacon number. Gluten-free and vegan options are available, though the latter have a texture we find a bit less appealing. Founder Maria Moore Riggs uses quality ingredients, such as organic flour and Callebaut chocolate, and everything is made by hand. Lines form early, so be warned. Delivery for large orders makes that service useful for corporate meetings.
